How do I work?
Mutual trust is the foundation of my work. The first step is getting to know each other at a first meeting or phone call and then if you choose to, walk your journey together. If you are open for change, everything is possible.
In my consulting work, I use certified AACSB International accreditation methods, regarded as the highest level of business methods- the hallmark of excellence in management education and business advancement. Only 15 percent of top MBA graduates worldwide are certified to teach these unique methods, which I used successfully in over 15 years for the biggest companies worldwide as well as for startups in California, New York and Germany.
Approach
My coaching approach is gentle, positive and goal-oriented. Rather asking you the right questions than telling by using techniques and ethical standards certified by the International Coach Federation, I found great success in finding what you already have in you.
As a team, we will explore, question and expand your way to your goal. How would you feel, if you had already achieved your goal? How would you feel if you had removed emotional blockages and changed your perspective? How would it actually feel to be where you want to be? That is exactly what I can do for you.
Vision
We all have situations in life, where we need help. Asking for help is the first step.
One day you will tell your story of how you overcame what you went through, and it will become someone else’s road map.
